For our Level 2 Beauty Therapy courses, you don’t need any previous qualifications or experience, they’re designed specifically for beginners. If you’re interested in aesthetics training, most courses require a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification as a foundation, though our Level 3 Access to Aesthetic Therapies course is available to those without beauty backgrounds. Course duration varies depending on the qualification level and your chosen pathway. Most of our courses run one day per week over several weeks or months, allowing you to train while maintaining other commitments. Foundation courses typically run for 18 weeks, while advanced qualifications may take 8-10 weeks. Some specialist courses are completed in intensive one-week formats. We’ll provide exact timelines when you explore specific courses.

Absolutely. This is exactly why we structure our courses to run just one day per week. You’ll attend on the same day each week (for example, every Tuesday), leaving the rest of your week free for work, family, or other responsibilities. Many of our students are employed full-time while training, and some are already working in beauty and using our courses to upskill.

We’ve deliberately chosen to remain small and selective rather than scale up, because we believe the quality of your learning experience matters more than anything else.

Yes. All our VTCT & ITEC qualifications are recognised by professional insurance providers. Once you’ve completed your course, you’ll be eligible to apply for appropriate insurance coverage for the treatments you’re qualified to perform. We provide guidance on reputable insurance providers and can advise on what coverage you’ll need based on your qualification level and intended working arrangements.

While we don’t offer formal job placement services, we do provide support and advice on different working options (employed, self-employed, mobile, renting space, etc.). London has strong demand for qualified beauty therapists and aesthetic practitioners, and students can sometimes secure positions before graduating.

Course fees include all training materials, professional products for use during training, equipment access, coordination of models for practical sessions, VTCT & ITEC registration and examination fees, and your qualification certification. There are no hidden costs or additional charges once you’ve enrolled.

We’re based at Unit 8, 73 St Charles Square, London W10 6EJ in Ladbroke Grove, West London. The academy is approximately 10 minutes’ walk from Ladbroke Grove Underground station, which is served by the Hammersmith & City and Circle lines. We have excellent transport connections to Paddington, Notting Hill, Kensington, and Central London, making us easily accessible from across the capital.

If you need to miss a scheduled training day, we’ll work with you to arrange catch-up sessions or transfer you to the next available course cohort, depending on what stage you’re at and the specific circumstances. Because our classes are small, we have more flexibility to accommodate individual situations than larger institutions might.
